Listen to me watch some Japanese TV. What show is it? Here’s a clue: it was a worldwide phenomenon (meaning it’s on TV in the States) and is still on TV today. You’ll be able to tell part way through it. April of 2007, Ueno, Tokyo, Japan.

I only returned from Tokyo two months ago, so this isn’t too delayed, I suppose. I’m pretty much done with feeling bad about not posting stuff up on time. Whatever…it’s free entertainment for people that I don’t know.
This vidcast is a quick look-see at a sushi kaiten (conveyor belt sushi) restaurant in Shinjuku, Tokyo that the Wife-Friend and I ate at. While there’s nothing special about this visit nor is there any dialogue, I’m hoping that you’ll still enjoy it. We stopped in here after a brisk walk through Kabuki-cho. What? I like hookers.
It’s in MP4, so you should be able to view it on your iPod. Don’t blow up the size on your PC/Mac, though, ’cause it’ll look like shit.
So, while I do enjoy doing this, expect a sharp decline in content in the soon. And this time totally out of choice rather than laziness. Or rather…the frequency won’t be as regulated as it has been for the past two months or so. Yeah. If I don’t, eff it. That’s basically what I’m saying. The listenership and feedback for this Podcast is just abysmal and there’s no way it can return to the awesomeness it once was. It upsets me and it shouldn’t. This audioblog just straight-up doesn’t matter but it bugs me that it doesn’t have a farther reach than it does. The listenership is a sad fraction of what it was during the LibSyn days. To be fair, and to suck my own dick, though, I think that an audioblog that was reaching more than 600 listeners every week is pretty damn good. To the three of you who read this blog, now you know.
If you are interested in what I do, great. Hit the Twitter up. I update it crazy-like. Just click this sentence!

Twinkie Beyond: The Shorter than Expected. This episode fueled by a half-day at work. In this episode, Twinkie Beyond: The Host covers the following topics:
Really quick episode that is split into two segments. The first is me rambling on about why I’m home early and how it rocks. The second is the long-awaited return of The Wife-Friend! She joins me as I quiz her on a topic that no chicks know anything about: sports. I had a good laugh at her expense and so will you. Visit the God damn Twitter! This episode fueled by Blue Moon ale (I saw you standing alone).
In this episode, Twinkie Beyond: The Host covers the following topics:
In the studio, bitches!!! I crack the mic for real with background music and everything. It’s high-fidelity shit. So I meant to include the new segment in this episode but I was drunk and just yammered on like a bitch. It’s all about gaming! That happens sometimes. Visit the God damn Twitter! Twinkie Beyond: The Trip to Market.
This episode fueled by a hate for middle-school kids with braces.
In this episode, Twinkie Beyond: The Host covers the following topics:
It wasn’t great. Sorry for the middle section where there wasn’t much going on. The audio didn’t come out as I hoped it too. The yappy 13-year olds were talking about boys and nail polish and I thought that the absurdity of the stereotype in action was going to be an explosion of hilarity. It ended up just being really stupid. My bad, yo.

Twinkie Beyond: The Search for Wii Fit.
This episode fueled by a hate for Otaku kids.
In this episode, Twinkie Beyond: The Host covers the following topics:
I like doing these on the run. These are more impromptu and definitely more fun. I actually “let my hair down” and talk more naturally and a little more like I do on a day-to-day basis. It’s almost been three years and I still haven’t completely talked like I do to people I know in real life. I’m much more vulgar, racist, misogynistic and otherwise in real life. I mean, I’m not a dickhead; it’s all in fun. I kid, I kid! Ha…eh. Shut up.

Twinkie Beyond: The Two-in-One.
This episode fueled by a fifty dollar fill-up.
In this episode, Twinkie Beyond: The Host covers the following topics:
I recorded about 45 minutes of episode as soon as I stepped into my car after work. The first 14 minutes or so are here. The last 31 are nowhere to be found because the battery on my iRiver decided to die just as I was about to press the “Thanks, I’m done” button. So fuck you, Energizer.
So I tacked on a FULL 35-minute episode that I was never going to put out even though it’s kinda okay. It starts with a beer run recap then a fruitless trip to the Mall. Then I gets me somes sushis. Then I stop talking.

Twinkie Beyond: The Emo’er Side of Me.
This episode fueled by Operation:Â Phase-Out Friends.
In this episode, Twinkie Beyond: The Host covers the following topics:
A very solemn and dejected sounding episode of TB this week. I don’t try to sound emo, but I think that this episode ended up sounding like some fourteen year old chick’s LiveJournal entry about how nobody notices her at school and how she writes poetry to express her sorrow. I’m a lot like Key the Metal Idol, so be my friend! That was so gay.

…since Saturday night. The jet lag sucked–and I may still be suffering it–but it ain’t as bad as last year’s. I’m back at work now. Sorting through (literally) 700+ e-mails is not awesome.
Apparently, there were some minor(?) organizational changes and some major procedural changes during my leave. I’m just glad that I still have a job. I’ll tell you guys about “The Black Hand of Death” phenomenon at work some time.
Expect a vidcast up some time by next week. I’ve got about a thousand pictures from Toky08 to sort through. There are some cool–if not horribly shaky–videos. I’m thinking that we’ll go with either my miracle fruit experiment or walk home to the hotel where I am slightly tipsy. Because, as we all know that not only is this Podcast based on angry drunken rants, but also…ummm…no, that…that’s about it, I guess.
